Refund Policy

1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
2. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
3. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
4. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return the item. You need to inform us with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
How to request for a return?

After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email with in 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. All return request email sent on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
The company holds the right to reject a return request.
You need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and no sign of wear and tear.
ANY REFUND REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURNED PRODUCT.

Replacement
In-case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick up from your address. 
It takes 5-7 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases it might take longer )
The pick-up is done by a third party courier company and it is an extra cost borne by us.
Please make sure you keep the parcel at ready.
The pick-up will attempted twice, if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

STORE CREDIT
If you wish to return but do not wish to purchase any item right away, you can opt for a store credit. 
Store credit are points stored in your account, you can use it any time you wish to.
The cash on delivery charge of 100/- is not refundable.
REFUND
All shipments are eligible for a refund. 100% REFUND of product cost.
Expect product bought during the sale or from the clearance sale tab.
COD CHARGES
The cash on delivery charges of 100/- is not refundable in any case.
REVERSE PICK UP:
The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code.
If reverse pick-up not available, we request you to send the product back to the below mentioned address. (Cost to be borne by the customer if refund request)

Can I exchange products purchased on sale?
NO
Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for Replaced product?
No, the product can be only replaced once. Also, you cannot opt for a refund/credit note for a replacement product.
How long does it takes to receive a refund?
Once the product is picked from your place. It takes 5-7 days for the product to reach us as most of the courier companies are replying on surface shipping it might take even longer.
You will receive shipping updates on your email.
After we receive the parcel, our product review team will review the product for any wear and tear.
For the complete process it takes around 2 - 3 weeks from the product being picked to the refund being processed to your account.
